POSEIDON Nickel will embark on continuous process pilot testing, after delivering positive test results from its Windarra project in Western Australia.
The program will process approximately three tonnes of fresh nickel sulphide ore from its Windarra ore body from late August 2008.
The company hopes the tests will indicate sustainable positive results.
The project will take place at Lakefield Ore Test’s facilities in Perth, and is expected to run for 10 to 14 days.
Preparation of ore samples has begun, and the company has scheduled further continuous testing programs for later in 2008.
