EUROPEAN mines have approved ATC’s OTR tyres, after delivering “outstanding” results in a two year trial.
ATC shipped a number of the Colorado brand tyres to Europe for field operations with a variety of Terex mining trucks.
The company says the tyres performed on some of the world’s worst roads according to USA standards.
The tyres performed for more than 10 months compared to an average two month life-span of other tyres.
According to the company, users were satisfied with running costs, performance, and warranty guarantee of the tyres.
